Raley’s Stores Donate 112,500 lbs. of Meat to Local Food Banks
It may have been cold outside, but hearts were warm as Raley’s loaded up 112,500 pounds of turkey, chicken and ham to feed hungry families.
A traditional Food For Families giving effort, each of our 128 stores made a $1,000 donation of meat to food banks in their community. Raley’s covers all of the administrative costs so that 100% of the donations go to local food banks.
“Our partnership with local food banks throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada ensures that much-needed food is available in all of the communities we serve,” said Jennie Teel-Wolter, Raley’s community relations manager.
